Subscription Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via account settings or support.
• Subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

• Generally, no refunds for unused time.
• Refunds may be granted for billing errors or service faults.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of billing.

Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Consumers)

• You have 14 days to cancel.
• If accessed, you may lose the right to a full refund.

Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: immediate, pro-rata charge.
• Downgrades: take effect next billing cycle.
