Subscription Levels & Service Usage Limits

Receeva offers tiered subscription plans based on the size of the subscribing organisation. Each tier includes access to the Receeva platform with varying levels of service, support, and service usage thresholds.

Our aim is to make it easy for your organisation to adopt Receeva by giving everyone in your business a Receeva account and your business a generous usage quota for its operations. However, we recognise that there may edge cases where your business size is small, yet your usage exceeds these quotas. In these cases, we reserve the right to renegotiate your service level based on actual usage.

Subscription Tiers

Basic (0-9 employees)

Small Business (10-49 employees)

Medium Business (50-249 employees)

Enterprise (250+ employees)

Service Usage Limits Policy

Receeva monitors usage across all subscription tiers. If a client consistently exceeds the service use threshold for their current subscription level, Receeva reserves the right to automatically upgrade the account to the next appropriate tier and adjust billing accordingly.

Clients will be notified prior to any upgrade and given the opportunity to review their usage or adjust their subscription. Continued excessive usage without upgrade may result in service limitations, suspension, or termination.

Receeva may revise service use thresholds periodically to reflect platform capacity and usage trends. Any changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
