Subscription Levels & Service Usage Limits

Receeva offers a simple subscription plan based on monthly data usage for files transferred. Our aim is to make our default subscription level work for the majority of businesses.

Subscription Tiers:

Receeva Core:

• £20 per month.
• One flat monthly fee.
• Includes:
• Unlimited client users.
• Unlimited team members.
• 10GB of data transfer per month – send as many files as you need.
• Max file size of 500MB.

Receeva Plus:

• Receeva Core covers everything a typical business needs per month.
• If you require more data, simply add an extra 10GB of data transfer allowance for £10 per month.

Receeva Enterprise:

• When your needs go beyond the standard, we’ll build our service around you.
• White labelling.
• API integrations.
• Private or local deployments.
• Bulk volume discounts.
• Larger file sizes.

Service Usage Limits Policy:

Receeva monitors usage across all accounts. If a client exceeds the data transfer threshold for their current subscription level, Receeva reserves the right to automatically upgrade the account to the next appropriate tier and adjust billing accordingly.

Clients will be notified prior to any change and given the opportunity to review their usage or adjust their subscription. Continued excessive usage without upgrade may result in service limitations, suspension, or termination.

Receeva may revise service use thresholds periodically to reflect platform capacity and usage trends. Any changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
