Service Description

We provide a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables secure sharing of confidential files between organisations or individuals.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Illegal Content

Users must not upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal under UK law. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, fraudulent documents, intimate image abuse, and incitement to violence or hatred.

User Reporting

Receeva provides a reporting mechanism on shared files. Users may report content they believe violates these Terms or applicable law. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken.

Complaints Process

Users may submit complaints regarding content, moderation decisions, or other safety concerns via support@receeva.com. Complaints will be triaged and responded to within 5 business days.

Enforcement Actions

Receeva may take enforcement actions in response to violations of these Terms, including but not limited to content removal, user warnings, account suspension, or termination.

Children's Access and Age Eligibility

Receeva is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. Public sign-up users must confirm their age during registration. Receeva may implement age assurance measures to prevent access by children and comply with the Online Safety Act.
